After graduating from WITC in 2000, Amanda continued her education at Younkers Hair Salon & Spa in Duluth, MN, Spalon Montage in Edina, MN, and Justin Paul Salon & Spa in Duluth, MN. After 12 years of experience she was prepared to go on her own and fulfill her dream when she established Parlour 53 in 2012. Mandy fell in love with makeup and hair at a young age, and loves the creative outlet that being a cosmetologist gives her. A graduate of CCU, she began her 14 year career at Younkers Hair Salon. There, she was able to learn from many experienced hairstylists and had frequent continuing education. Mandy loves to find the perfect hair color to compliment her clients’ skin tone and believes that hair and makeup have so much potential to enhance the way a person looks and most importantly, feels!

Keely Upton graduated from the WITC cosmetology program in 2002. She worked at Younkers Hair Salon for 16 years. Keely married her husband Richie in 2014 and they have a two year old son named Bo. Keely is excited to start this new adventure at Parlour 53.
